MY 5 STEPS  APPROACH:

1. SERENITY

Your Big WHY – your  powerful motivation behind desire to make wanted change. You will use the Wheel of Life and Wheel of Wellness as a tool to help find out what really matters to you and how badly you want it. You will also  provide  straightforward answers relate it your relationship with to food, fitness, and your lifestyle. 

RESULT: Prepare for growth: With the use of these insights, we will identify the critical areas that need our attention
and concentration in order to
bring about the intended change. The first step acts as a guide to make sure
your transfer is not only smooth.

2. STRATEGY

Personalised action plan – for a clear roadmap, we will use SMART goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant,
and Time-bound. 
We develop a comprehensive, step-by-step manual script that offers daily assignments to promote the gradual changing of habits

RESULT:  By combining a variety of objectives and benchmarks, strike a balance between immediate successes
and
long-term success. Weekly review sessions will be offered in order to guarantee a quick and effective transition.
These check-ins will assist in resolving issues and maintaining the course of your journey.

3. SELF REFLECTION BLUEPRINT

Similar to examining your  mirror reflection, we identify areas that need attention and attempt to bring about the desired change. We’ll get deeply into negative habits that prevent you from reaching your full potential.

Result: You Reshape the image of yourself to align with your desired transformation, crafting a brand new, empowered  reflection of you through daily new routines that create new, good habits.

4. SMALL VICTORIES APPROACH

Recognizing the overwhelm that change can bring, I understand and empathize. With the right mindset,
we’ll implement a
step-by-step plan for a simple and seamless transformation integrated into your daily life.
During this journey,
we will embrace  and celebrate small victories that will ultimately lead to a significant win.

Result: These incremental successes will not only mark progress but also fuel your motivation, drive, and belief
that you can achieve the desired transformation.

5. SUPPORTIVE SURROUNDINGS

Understand how your environment affects your path; it has the power to either lift you up  or hold you back.
Become a part of a specially created community for women 35 years of age and older that promotes understanding, motivation, and direction via the sharing of experiences.
